I would like to know whether is the head gesture feature working as intended on your compatible AirPods?
as it is totally not working for me and another user.
When I receive a phone call when I not and shake my head, nothing happens, Siri also does not announce the caller despite me setting it to always turning on and off the feature also does not help.
Not working both on my AirPods Pro two and another user’s AirPods Pro three

They do work, but...
I have the Airpods Pro 2 and head tracking gestures do work, you just... can't be subtle about it. I have to nod or shake my head rather violently for the movement to register. It feels super weird, and it works... but honestly I just don't bother. I understand that might not be an option for everyone though.

AirPod pro 2 and they work well. When I shake my head no, it does what need, if I say yes by moving my head up and down, it reads my notifications. Suggest you update to the new firmware that came out.
