What is your favorite to-do list app with VoiceOver?

Hi
Subject says it all, really. I'm looking to get a good to-do list app that works well with VoiceOver. Which is your favorite? So far I've been using a mix of notes and reminders, but I'd like a better solution if possible.

Mine is the native reminders app. I learned recently it was possible to make awesome todo lists on there.

I haven't tried many "to-do" apps, not really sure which ones are accessible. But for me, I much rather prefer using iOS' native Reminders app. Mainly because I have multiple lists and, I can easily ask Siri to add an item to a specific list.

I mainly use it to keep reminders to do things, but also, as a Grocery list. I can walk around the house, and with either my iPhone or Apple Watch, can ask Siri to add a specific item to my Grocery list. The only issue I have with it is that there is no way of sharing your list via text or email. I know that you can share it, to another Apple user, and your list will show up in their Reminders app. If you have a list, let's say a Grocery list, and would like to send it to someone, like a family member or friend, via a text message or email, the stock app doesn't do that. The only way I've managed to send it via text or email was to create a workflow from the WorkFlow app, now called Shortcuts. Thankfully, since I had an account with WorkFlow and had some scripts already done, they appeared after updating to iOS 12, so I can still send my Grocery list via text message.

If you want to stick With reminders but need something a bit more powerful, try GoodTask. Microsoft todo is another free alternative, and if you want to spend megabucks you could try OmniFocus.

Call me Mr Boring, but I also like the stock Notes and Reminders Apps.
Sharing Reminders and Notes is a powerful tool, letting multiple Users interact with a "to Do" or "Shopping List" on the fly.
Reminders on the HomePod is also a great way to give an entire household access to your lists.
SIRI Integration works well across all platforms and, there is the added bonus of Geo Tagging Reminders. eg "Hey SIRI, When I get Home remind me to blah, blah, blah..."

I've gone through a number of todo apps but these did not satisfy me. One day, I came accross the app Fantastical 2 for iOS which is accessible with VoiceOver and with iOS 12 it works even better. This is an app that integrates both callendar and reminders. It also saves the events in the native apps. Adding new events or reminders is really easy:e.g. meeting Joan at 5 pm, will add this entry to the callendar. If you preceed this phrase with an expression todo task, etc. it will add the entry to your reminders. You can also talk to the app. You can add events or reminders in iPhone's native apps and they will be visible in Fantastical too. When viewing the app, you have either a day picker or standard view so that you can browse the events. Try it out, and if you don't ike it you have 2 weeks to return the app and claim for refund.

With iOS native apps you need to scroll through dates. Imagine, you have a meeting on 5 March 2019, you need to scroll until you find the relevant date. If you type "meeting Joan March 5 2pm," the app will automatically add the entry. That is the advantage of fantastical over native apps. Of course, if you speak English and use siri, you may get rid of other staff and use Apple's native apps, which still are great. Hope this helps you.

This app has a bit of a different take on the traditional to-do style apps. For this app, you can create something that needs to be done such as packing for a trip. You make the initial list or folder then you begin adding each item you need to take with you. Each item then becomes an item that you can check or uncheck. So, for example, if you travel a lot, you create the list once, pack for the trip, check the items as they are packed, and then clear the checked items to be used for the next trip you take.

Basically, this app has endless uses. I use it for tracking my 90-days workout cycles. I created the folder, then created each day and called them day 1, day 2, etc. As a workout is complete, a simple double tap on the item checks the item. Then, after a cycle is complete, I can clear the check boxes and begin again.

This does not have any calendar features in it. However, I have found this list to be quite handy. You can also use it as a grocery list maker. Input the food items then as you shop, you check the items and they drop to the bottom on the list and are available for next time.

For people in Scandinavia and other countries outside the US, UK, Germany, and possibly some more countries, Fantastical doesn't work as advertised unless you use a combination of your own language and english. As an example, Fantastical doesn't understand Swedish week days. This i think is a show stopper.

Thanks for the responses guys!
I'll be sure to test out all of the apps you've named.
Right now I'm rolling with Wunderlist, as it works well both on iOS and mac. I also have IFTTT set up to post to it when I ask siri to remind me of something, which is a neat work-around for the lacking Siri support in Wunderlist.
I also really liked Omnifocus, but the mac app is currently presenting some accessibility problems which I can't work with, I'll revisit it when version 3 comes out though, as I really liked the iOS app.
Do let me know if you find a neat to-do list app.
