Can the speed of playback be adjusted?

Submitted by Chris Smart on Friday, January 5, 2018

Has this been addressed? I need an app that can play FLAC format files, that allows me to quickly move to a position in a file by flicking a slider, hitting a forward or rewind button, etc. The Files app in iOS supports FLAC, but does not offer such playback controls. VLC doesn't either, at least not reliably.

Pretty sure it hasn’t. I posted about it twice on the forums but nothing was ever done. If you search for my name on there, you’ll find it. Maybe if more of us post in that thread, something may be done. It seems like it would be a very easy fix.

Hi all. I'm a heavy user of foobar2000, and just updated to its latest version (1.1.16).
So far, I believe the opening speed is faster and overall performance is more snappy on iOS 11.4. However, the playback controls screen is still inaccessible, and the button where VO used to read "tool bar gear", which displays the tool bar is now unlabeled. So now, VO will announce "button" when you flick to the button. But your settings and everything else can still be reached, from what I've tested so far.
So just a kind note for those people who may want to use this audio player.
