hi, I have an I phone 7+ and my audio doesn't work outside of my head phone set. I went to sound settings and played around with the ringer's volume. voice over seemed to work, but when I plugged in my headphone set again. then I unplugged them again the sound didn't work. no sound at all no music, no voice over, no sound at all. I also, tried restarting my IPhone. it still didn't work. does anyone have any advice I could try?

oh and the speakers only when I am within settings. if I get out of settings, I can't hear anything without my headphone set
