Reverse contrast and an iMac

Low Vision Accessibility on Apple Products
With the arrival of the new iMacs, I am ready to try a Mac. I currently have an iPhone and iPad so I am sort of familiar with some Apple products, but know very little about a Mac. My question is about settings for high/reverse contrast and how it handles images and videos. Is it possible to have for example Safari set to reverse contrast (white on black) and have an image or video appear in it's normal form?? Thanks you, Matthew

The reverse contrast feature

The reverse contrast feature on the Mac works the same way that it does on an iOS device, the whole screen gets inverted including images. On the Mac, you can easily toggle this setting.
