Reading LCD Screens

I have a musical keyboard with an LCD display that I would like to see with the use of an OCR app. Is there a good one available?

Hi! The best app that i saw is "Aipoly". I have new organ from Roland and i had succeed to read lcd screen with this. This feture cost money, but it's very useful.

I only have an iPhone 5, so I will need a different app. I have Goggles and office len. Do either of those read LCD's?
