I don't know of specific apps for these. But you can get Christmas cards from Hadley and The Seeing Eye. I'm sure there are other resources Hi Janice, for Christmas and other greeting cards in braille. Possibly National Braille Press or American Printing House.
Hi. I'm not sure about specific apps, but everyone else has a great idea. I have 2 resources to possibly check out. I know NBP. Has cards. But here are the two other places I'd try.

NBP has them
They came out with their catalog, and yes, NBP has Braille greeting cards. also look at future aids, they have some as well.
