Rotor Bug

Has anyone else notice that since updating their iPhone to iOS10 that the text selection option in the rota which enables you to ignore a word if you wrote it right but it tries to correct it, it is not there anymore?

I was able to add it to the rotor in Voiceover rotor settings on an iPhone 6.
