What game design program or engine is recommended fore a new to programming blind person. I am new to programming an have absolutely no vision. Any responses whatsoever would be helpful, thank you

Well developping games might be .... chalenging for a first time programmer .. if you want to develop there's so much to learn before choosing´a platform so concentrate on that first and then when you are mature you can think on those questions such as platform and languages ...

If you want to develop for iOS, you will need to learn to use Xcode. There are details on the Apple Developer portal.
