I really like Fleksy, but I'm experiencing frequent crashes.

I'll be happily typing away, and all of a sudden, the keyboard becomes unresponsive, and the app starts speaking what I've typed so far. Another time the app crashes is when I tap and hold on the top of the screen to send what I've written as a text or whatever. The popup will appear, but no amount of flicking will move me through the options, and touching the screen produces no speech. The only way I've managed to combat these crashes is to return to the home screen and then enter the app again. Even then, the app will sometimes crash almost immediately after doing so, forcing me to repeat the process once more. I usually don't have to do this more than three times, and most of the time, going to the home screen then coming back into the app a maximum of two times usually does the trick. All the same, this is highly frustrating. I'm not sure how to fix it, other than what I've mentioned above. I was wondering if anyone has experienced these problems, and if so, what have you done? I'm thinking of contacting the developers, in any case. Fleksy is a great app, and I will continue to use it, but these crashes are really annoying. Thanks, Shersey

Hello, Could you give us more details about the crashes, maybe which iPhone do you have and which version of iOs? I am almost sure that fleksy requires at least iOs 5.1 to run, just to check to see if I can reproduce your error. I have never experienced anything like this. As I am not a native English speaker, I don't use English to communicate with closer friends, to post on twitter and so on. I use the app rarely, maybe that's why I haven't seen it.

I think V5.1.1 is the latest iOS version. iTunes hasn't given me an update message, and one hasn't appeared as a notification in the settings app. What kind of details are you looking for? The crashes seem to happen both when I'm typing and when I tap and hold the top of the screen to bring up the options for what to do with the text. Returning to the home screen and opening the app again seems to help, though sometimes I have to do this more than once, as it sometimes crashes not long after. Thanks, Shersey

Hey Shersey We've noticed this post. We know of a few minor bugs (which we are fixing in the upcoming update) but overall, Fleksy is a stable app for most people. Could you get in touch with us at support@fleksy.com and send us some more info about your crashes? Any steps to reproduce these crashes would help, as well as some info about your phone (which OS version, if it's jailbroken, and which model). If there's any bugs we will of course fix them, and your input helps us identify them. Thanks Ioannis Fleksy team

Flexsi has been crashing for me as well. The app will be loading and i will end up in the folder ware flexsi is. I am using an ipod touch, four g with the latest version of ios five.
