How do I Close Apps Even When They Don't Appear When Using Command-Tab on Mac?

Hello Applevis!!!I hope everyone is enjoying their Christmasand/whatever Tradition you celebrate.
I was wondering how you close an app on the Mack even when using the command tap on the Nack. The app is Dropbox and does not appear when I hit command tap. I can't move the app to the trash because a message appears saying the app can't be moved because it is open. However, when I go to force quit Dropbox doesn't show up. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you
Merry Christmas!

Hi,

Use the activity monitor application. Interact with the processes table and find dropbox. You can get to activity monitor by going to your utilities folder with command shift u.

Hi. Thank you. That worked. My next question is I'm planning to reinstall Dropbox again. When I go to the install window after downloading the disk onto my computer, the app says this app has no windows. How can I set a location for my folder to go? And why won't that automatically work when the app is opened?
Thank you.

Hi,

Press VO F2 twice and look for the install window. It's a little strange.

Things to think about drop box

You can access drop box settings via the extras nenu with VO keys and the letter M twice. In there you can go to accounts in preferences and tell it where to keep your drop box folder. Remember you do not do much with the actual app mainly with the folder that has all your folders and files in it. hope this is some help.

Thank you

Thank you. That helps. I can't seem to find a good place to put the folder, because when I go to the settings there is not an option where to place it. I coppied the folder to my desktop, but I actually don't want it there. Any help with would be appreciated.
Thank you.
