Audiobook player app which allows importing of audiobooks without itunes

iOS & iPadOS

Hello there

I'm looking for a ios application that will allow me to play .m4b or audio-books of any other format. It of course should be accessible with VoiceOver Should remember where I last left off and the most important feature that I'm looking for is it should allow importing of audio-books without the use of Itunes.
I'm using ios8.4 jail-broken,if that helps any
Btw, If you don't know of a app that has the features I'm looking for, I wouldn't mind knowing how to import audiobooks directly to IBooks without Itunes again,of course.
Thank you all for any suggestions or replys!

This app will allow you to zip a collection of mp3 files, individual chapters of an audiobook for example, and import them through Dropbox.

Check out VLC for iOS. It can play early all file types under the sun and supports importing files from cloud services, ftp servers or with a wi-fi uploader you access from something like Safari on your computer. It appears to be completely accessible with VoiceOver.

I would also recommend voicedream Reader. It can play mp3 files, not sure about other formats but importing is very easy. Zip the album or book, upload it to dropbox and choose to open said file in voicedream reader.

Hello all
Thank you for the suggestions
The Audiobooks that I have in mp3 are multi-disk I.E they run into several disks and each disk has its own tracks so it could get rather painful to manage several books at once with a few disks among them on voicedream reader plus I'd have to upload each book to Dropbox and then download, waste of bandwidth each way, plus it'd take ages to upload Audiobooks that happen to be a gb or so
Vlc sounds perfect for my needs ,but will it remember the last played position even after I close the app?
Thanks again
