Advice needed for recording and submitting podcasts

Hi everyone. Can you explain to me how to create podcast files, submit to the applevis web, and what apps that can make a good quality of recording podcast on your iPhone? Thanks for your help..
As far as submitting podcast to the Apple vis site, I believe all you have to do is click submit content on the home page and then choose podcast etc. The only issue you might have with that part of the process is uploading the file with your phone; effectively dealing with files on IOS can be annoying at best and a computer often really makes things work more smoothly, in my opinion. Making quality podcast recordings is a much more complex question to deal with. It really depends on what kind of recording you want to make. I myself work in high quality, mainstream podcasting with microphones, interfaces etc so I really don't know much about making podcast with a phone. Maybe someone els who makes accessibility podcast could offer more advice.
