controling my windows 7 desktop with either my iPod or iPhone?

Hi, I got both my iPod touch 5th generation and my iPhone 5 s hooked up via bluetooth to my win 7 computer, but I can't figure out how to use them. Thanks lelia

what are you trying to do exactly? Its not possible to transfer files with a windows machine, nor can you do anything else such as airplay your phone's audio like you can on the mac. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong here but as far as I know, there isn't really anything you can do with an iDevice on a windows PC such as controlling it or transferring files over bluetooth. they only way of manipulating your phone or iPod is via iTunes.

Hi, I am trying to read a bookshare book and I figured if I could hook my I device up to my computer I could use the read2go app. Guess not?

Don't need a computer for that

You can use the read2go app and all other iOS apps on the iPhone, iPod or iPad. You do not need a computer for that.
