If you donβt want it, go to settings accessibility. voiceover ,and turn the detect languages. Option of if it is turned on,see if it changes this issue, itβs not a bug it is a setting.
It may very well be a bug there are so many bugs in the way iOS handles voices in different languages that m most users using more than one language has just learnt to live with the bug behaviors. I had a thread a while back and posted a number of bugs to accessibility and absolutely nothing has happened.
