Iām the developer of Mole, a native Mac utility for cleaning caches, uninstalling and updating apps, maintaining macOS, analyzing disk space, and monitoring system health.
Mole includes VoiceOver labels, keyboard navigation, focus handling, reduced motion support, and accessibility checks across its main screens. I would like feedback from blind and low vision Mac users before describing it as fully accessible. I am especially interested in whether the Clean, Apps, Analyze, and Status screens are easy to navigate, whether labels are clear, and whether focus moves as expected after opening menus or dialogs.
Mole supports macOS 14 or later on Apple silicon and Intel Macs. The free trial does not require a card and lets you try each paid tool twice:

your inicial effort is good. i've tried the optimize and clean tools so far, with VoiceOver.focus was moving to expected areas. dialogs were fully easily navagated to. . . your site could use some work. it was difficult to find my license information, upon successful purchase. their was one unlabled button, and the downloading was hard, as well. when opening my activation email, it directed me to a license portal, under digital delivery. the expected behavior is that the download filename should be there. another thing, is when i went to optimize my system, i got an alert that Mole wants access to control systemevents.app. in future, permitions should all be requested upon Moles first lonch. I know you've provided a free trial, but i wanted to test everything, even the activation process. and also, make my first Apple Pay purchase on macos.

I tested the app a while back, and I can clearly see the difference now. First of all, it's translated into my language, which makes it much easier for me to use.
I noticed a few things:
- When you select an item in a list (for example, in the app uninstall section), after selecting an app, you have to interact with VoiceOver again to get back to the list. On top of that, you end up back at the beginning of the list and have to scroll through it all over again.
- There's no way to tell whether an item is selected or not: at least, that information isn't relayed to VoiceOver.
Apart from that, the buttons are well labeled. I managed to clean up my Mac and see which folders were taking up space. For the different sections of the app, you always know which one you're in, and VoiceOver correctly announces which element is active.
I hadn't purchased the app yet, but it's going to be one of my purchases this month. Thank you for thinking about accessibility!
