Share Your Bug Reports with AppleVis
If you experience a bug in Apple Beta Software, the most important thing you can do is to file a report in Feedback Assistant. Please do not assume that Apple is already aware of a bug or that your report won't make a difference; your report may provide crucial information, and submitting bug reports directly to Apple helps them reproduce and resolve the issue faster. The more reports they receive, the higher the priority Apple is likely to give to fixing the bug.
If you are using beta software, please use the Feedback Assistant on your device to submit feedback and bug reports. If you are using a public release, this blog post explains how to report the issue and what information to include.
In 2025, AppleVis launched the Community Bug Reporting Program with the goal of improving the quality and quantity of information we share with the community about bugs in Apple software releases. If you would like to contribute to this effort, please submit your reports via our Community Bug Report Form.

Braille in Safari / WebKit in general still broken
When you have the option "Show multiple items" in VoiceOver utility > Braille > Layot disabled, braille output in Safari is still broken; sometimes it shows something completely different or additional things that have no focus.

when formatting through recovery, keyboard commands once again work in the boot picker and recovery screens.
Mail mostly fixed
The problems I've had with moving/deleting messages out of All Inboxes seems to be resolved in current beta.
Still a problem: With a mailbox in list view, delete any message. Expected behavior: Focus jumps to the next adjacent message and VoiceOver announces that message. Observed behavior: VoiceOver announces "no row selected," and pressing any arrow key selects the bottom-most/oldest email.
SIRI AI still broken
SIRI AI remains inoperative for me, as it has been every day since I first set up developer beta 3 as a new Mac.
In System Settings > SIRI, there are no options to specify listen for SIRI or Hey SIRI, and testing confirms SIRI isn't listening to either. Nor is there any way to specify a keyboard shortcut. So I can't invoke SIRI by speech nor keyboard.
I've enabled Type to SIRI, but again am unable to specify a keyboard shortcut. So I put it in the menubar. And when I select it and type a prompt, SIRI doesn't speak its response even though Prefer Spoken is enabled. This means I must navigate using VoiceOver to read the response.
The result is that SIRI AI is, for all practical purposes, still completely unusable despite my frequent updates to my Feedback Assistant report, which includes QuickTime screen recordings and screen shots of the absent SIRI user interface controls.
Other than SIRI being completely broken, Golden Gate is just fine. Too bad about the flagship feature being a no-show.
Mouse tracking and menu navigation
An earlier beta of Golden Gate had an issue: When mouse pointer was set to "Follows VO Cursor," menu navigation by arrow keys became impossible. This bug appears to be fixed in the current beta.
It remains to be seen whether they've also fixed the long-standing problem where the mouse pointer setting spontaneously switches from Ignores to Follows. Only time will tell, as I sometimes go for several months without experiencing this issue before it recurs.

As a Mac User, not on the Beta cycle, just wanted to thank Paul and other Users for testing and reporting the new MacOS.

PS. Paul, with regards to the new SIRI, I have the same problem on MacOS26. I can evoke SIRI with a Keyboard command and type my questions but responses only come as text and are not spoken. Not sure if this is the same for all Macs or only the Mac Mini.
