I was just being bored when I discovered this.
No need to use drag and drop with VoiceOver on mac to rearrange apps in the doc. Just vo+d, go on the element you want to move, and then option left or right arrow to move that element in the corresponding direction. I don't know if it's new in Tahoe or not though.

it's not new
it's not a new one, but it's not one many know of i don't think. it's so easy to sort my icons on the dock. lol. so much easier than the taskbar on windows. :P
No we completely can do the same thing on windows
Alt+Shift left/right arrows will do the same thing on the windows... what is it called already? launch bar? like it's not taskbar which is the full thing. It works for me.
Task View?
Are you referring to "Task View" (Windows key + Tab)?
Also, agreed, moving items within the Taskbar is rediculously easy in Windows.
Option+up/down arrows
I'm still on Sequoia, and I can arrange the items, but for me, option+left/right arrows don't work; instead, I have to use up/down arrows. And, how are you guys liking the new OS 26? Any annoying bugs, especially on web/Safari other than the onePassword annoyance? If I got the 1TB version, 512GB isn't really enough. I would just install it on a separate partition to try. I should've done it; now I have to get an SSD for all my music production stuff.
