Put in beta releases but this is a question regardless of releases. Does anyone have a clue how Apple use feedback reports? For example I've reported the notification on locked screen issue and as per the norm I have a FB number when in the feedback app. However, no matter how often I check that report it says no similar reports. Surely, this cannot be true. Assuming for example Holger has also reported this and I know for a fact he has this issue then there has to be at least 2 reports. So why does it always say no similar reports. Makes no sense unless Apple simply don't compare things in which case what is the point of reporting them.

Share Your Bug Reports with AppleVis
If you experience a bug in Apple Beta Software, the most important thing you can do is to file a report in Feedback Assistant. Please do not assume that Apple is already aware of a bug or that your report won't make a difference; your report may provide crucial information, and submitting bug reports directly to Apple helps them reproduce and resolve the issue faster. The more reports they receive, the higher the priority Apple is likely to give to fixing the bug.
If you are using beta software, please use the Feedback Assistant on your device to submit feedback and bug reports. If you are using a public release, this blog post explains how to report the issue and what information to include.
In 2025, AppleVis launched the Community Bug Reporting Program with the goal of improving the quality and quantity of information we share with the community about bugs in Apple software releases. If you would like to contribute to this effort, please submit your reports via our Community Bug Report Form.
All reports shared with AppleVis must first be filed with Apple via Feedback Assistant. More information about the Community Bug Program is available here.

Feedback is a blackbox
And even more so when it's about accessibility, and especially on macos. This is the ultimate answer to your question: if we want the only thing we can really do is keep reporting and hope for the better. Sometimes bugs are patched without being marked as such, either by a lack of proper/automated digital paperwork or by accident.
Hope this helps.
