Hi all. I'm wondering how to italicize words in Google Chrome or Safari on the Mac and iPhone using VoiceOver? I just finished transcribing a Braille journal which belonged to a sister of mine, and in there she wrote a letter to a former rehab instructor who was not very well liked. I'm not going to get into the reason for me transcribing her private journal, as it's off topic for the site. Tia for anyone's assistance with this.

I don’t get it, where are you trying to italicize? Are you using Mark down?
Why are you transcribing in a browser?
I'd think you'd transcribe in something else and post it somewhere. I also ask because how you italicize depends on what you're using as an editor, not the browser. If you're using Wordpress, that's going to bedifferent from Blogger, and so on. Plus per the above comment, if you're using Markdown instead of whatever the editor uses, that's different again.
