I recieved a new computer for my job.
The right control key was mapped for copilot. My IT specialist used power toys and changed that. Now however, when I press that key it locks control on all the time. Anybody else have info on this?

I wonder if they did the correct mapping, because I haven't heard of that before. Since you have powertoys installed, you can check.
Open it, go to Keyboard Manager, and look at the Shortcuts list. It's really quirky and semi-accessible, but you can eventually figure it out. I don't use it myself, but I've thrashed around in it to try and make it work (it doesn't on my Microsoft Surface).
The Copilot key maps to shift-windows-F23.
Some people mistakenly choose the key remap option and just do F23, but it only works if it's a multi-key shortcut containing all three of those keys, remapped to right-control.
That's all I got. Except that, as you may have encountered, PCs sometimes get the control key stuck and you have to tap it twice to unstick it, and this has nothing to do with Windows Sticky Keys. Thus it has always been.
