When playing a slide presentation in Keynote on your iPhone, how do you show the presenter notes so that VoiceOver reads them?
I'm planning to drive the projector directly from my iPhone. I plan to use my AirPods Pro so I can hear VoiceOver. As I advance to each new slide with a 3-finger swipe, I want to hear VoiceOver read the presenter notes. At least, that's my goal.
Yes, I read Apple's documentation about how to play a presentation using KeyNote on your iPhone. It didn't even mention presenter notes, let alone describe how to get VoiceOver to read them.
Thanks in advance.

More findings
I've discovered that if I open the More menu and select Rehearse Slideshow, the Presenter Notes are read by VoiceOver as I advance to each slide. However, if I exit out of that and just press Play, the Presenter Notes aren't read at all by VoiceOver and don't even appear to be on the screen, even though I have selected to show them in the View Options.
Maybe I should just run my presentation with the "Rehearse Slideshow" mode?
I think I get it
According to this link, once I have my iPhone connected to a projector and I play the slideshow, my phone will display the same thing I see in Rehearse Slideshow mode. And I'm already getting the Presenter Notes in the Rehearse Slideshow display, so I should be good to go.
Any gotchas with audio?
Am I going to run into any issues with where VoiceOver spoken output is sent? I want it sent to my AirPods, not some external sound system connected to the projector.
