Hi all!
I notice that there is an issue with OneCore voices are left in the system after I remove keyboard layouts, same thing happens in Windows OCR packages for NVDA.
I removed spanish keyboard since I don't need it at the moment but Microsoft Sabina voice is still in NVDA's Windows OneCore voices list.
When I go to Narator's voices settings there are spanish voices but there is no delete button near them.
How can I remove not needed OCR packages and OneCore voices then?

Have you checked there? A lot of times these are programs and appear in that list where you can then uninstall them.

From your desktop:
1. Press, Tab, one time, to focus on your start button.
2. Press your applications key, or shift plus F10, to access the context menu of the start button.
3. In the list that populates, choose the very first option. I believe it's labeled something like Installed Applications.
4. Your settings application should open, with the focus being on your installed apps. Navigate through the list, any of these additional voices you have installed, should, be here. Just uninstall as needed.

HTH. :-)

As an alternative to right-clicking the Start button, you should be able to press Windows-X to access the same menu from anywhere in Windows.

We all forget about windows x, I am speaking as a user who use windows r whenever aI can and even when I can't :)
The other start menu tip was also new to me.

I've had quite a few issues with removing One Core voices when they are not listed under installed apps--because not all of them are.
An additional place to look is in the Speech settings (win+I, expand the navigation button, type speech).
In the list of installed voices, hit enter or space on one, then tab to the Remove button.
After that, problems will likely remain. If there's an Apply button, hit that. Then look for OK. You might see a warning that you need to restart any apps using speech. Doing so won't help. Try restarting your computer for the change to take effect.
And then there's yet another potential problem. If there are voices that refuse to speak, either in the system or Narrator, they are likely ghost entries in the registry referencing uninstalled packages. I've had to run regedit from the win+r run dialog and search for every instance of the voice name. There will be several of them.
Whew!
