Your Feedback is Important to Improving Accessibility on Apple platforms
Don't assume that Apple is aware of a bug or that your report won't make a difference - submitting bug reports directly to the company helps them reproduce and resolve the issue faster. Your report may provide crucial information. The more reports they receive, the higher the priority they give to fixing the bug.
If you're using a beta version, use the Feedback Assistant on your device to submit feedback and bug reports. If you're using a public release, follow the instructions on this page.

Community Dictionary has been fixed
Hi, For those that are using eloquence, the community dictionary has been fixed. also, Mark as read and delete rotor options has returned in the messages app.
awesome changes
Awesome changes. Has anyone noticed anything else?
other changes
1. What's new in VoiceOver link has returned in the voiceover settings under accessibility. You can once again double tap on the link and it will display a list of features that are available while voiceover is running.
2. Apparently when you adjust the audio ducking amount under voiceover audio settings, it doesn't change the volume as expected. Appears to be a bug. But it can easily be resolved by turning audio ducking off and then back on again to while speaking. This will change the volume back to the way you have said it either by 80 or 99%.
3. the higher sample rate toggle button for eloquence has been fixed as well.
That's all the changes I have noticed so far. Overall, so far so good.
ps. The vibrations have returned for all apps including third-party ones such as WhatsApp and the Chime speaking clock app. It was broken in Beta 1, but it has been fixed in beta 2, so all vibration notifications are once again working.
New Ringtone
Did anyone notice the new ringtone in beta 2? If you double tap on "Reflection", you now have the option for "Default" or "Alt 1", which I'm assuming is a beta label and will be renamed in future versions.
Overall, I think it sounds kinda cool; they're definitely trying to slap the liquid glass branding onto their sound design.
Single hand mode has been…
Single hand mode has been fixed. Like beta 1, so far so good! Awesome new ringtone!
I have notice the new ringtone
Hi, I have tonice the new ringtone as well. Very cool.
Delete is back in the Rotor for Messages
Some people were concerned they could not delete messages via the rotor. You had to triple tap the message in order to delete. This is no longer the case. Delete is back in the rotor.
Messages app acting weird
So has anyone noticed that the messages app is acting weird.
like it sometimes says your Imessage for your message and the person responding to your messages their name and the message then sometimes it just reads the messages without saying anything.
Has anyone noticed this issue in messages?
copied speech option now available
after you use the three finger quadruple tap to copy something to the clipboard, you will see a new rotor option for a copied speech. I’m not sure exactly what this is used for, but it looks like you now have a way to manage it?
custom ringtones?
I have read somewhere that in IOS 26, there's the option to activate custom ringtones without having to go through ITunes. Has anyone tried that yet?
copied speech option
This sounds like an awesome feature.
Question
Have loss of speech and voice issues been resolved in this beta?
adding custom ring tones
See this macrumors article.

This looks like the speech…
This looks like the speech history found in some screen readers, with the added ability of copying to the clipboard.
coppied speech
Hey Christopher thanks for explaining that. This will be very useful. Awesome job Apple.
device recovery?
That site also has an article on device recovery.
I wonder how that would work with Voiceover, if at all.
Because generally there's no speech during the bootup process.
