I am installing the beta now. No worries, I have two partitions :)
Let's share our findings.

Your Feedback is Important to Improving Accessibility on Apple platforms
Don't assume that Apple is aware of a bug or that your report won't make a difference - submitting bug reports directly to the company helps them reproduce and resolve the issue faster. Your report may provide crucial information. The more reports they receive, the higher the priority they give to fixing the bug.
If you're using a beta version, use the Feedback Assistant on your device to submit feedback and bug reports. If you're using a public release, follow the instructions on this page.

Fortunately, except some…
Fortunately, except some minor bugs because of the ui change (standard grouping behavior makes it easy to deal with them), and some frease of the cursor especially on the web, I so far haven't seen anything that would break productivity, most bugs of sequoia are there, and today chat gpt bug was almost not there and I didn't refresh the page once in 30 minutes of intense use... Unlike Sequoia and especially Sonoma, there is, so far, no any new bug likely to frustrate most of us if it's there for long enough during the 25-26 year cycle. And for a dev beta 1 the overall is to me, I've used it daily for pretty much my usual stuff on the mac, everything is even more stable this year, even accessibility wise. Reminder and Calendar are a joy to use for real productivity, and the new spotlight interface where they've ported the menu bar items there from the interactive search submenu under Help is an incredible change for quick access to things from pages to freeform (in this we can just do cmd space, type names of a shape, like arrow, and just arrow down and choose what we want) is a big productivity gain. Thanks we have clipboard history! Well, for 8 hours at least :) cmd 4 in spotlight, some unlabeled buttons but otherwise very usable. Phone app! We can finally properly use the keypad with the number row without having to do keyboard focus magic! This is so cool. Now I can properly scroll with the trackpad! Tldr, I haven't felt the need to go to the stable when I'm doing my own things. I love everything, as of this first beta. Time will tile if I keep smiling or my eyes start to be wet...
Preview and Apple Books
I will install the public beta when it releases but did anyone try preview and apple books? Is there any change about those experiences? Also, what about voiceover's performance with Iphone and Ipad apps?
For any who have the same…
For any who have the same issue as me, Alex Voice resetting to low quality siri (I think), you need to delete and re-download the voice. You do this by going into voiceover settings, speech, clicking through to your primary voice and, on the broken voice, vo command space (action), and you can remove it. It's not very instinctual but luckily someone had bumped a thread on this very issue a few days ago.
I don't see the "Delete" option.
When I focus on the actions menu of the voice, I see the option to press the voice name, and the speak sample button. When interacting with the voice and doing the same thing on the voice name, I only see the option to press, which does nothing.
Same as sequoia for preview…
Same as sequoia for preview. Haven't tried apple books yet.
Hi. I finally got round to…
Hi.
I finally got round to installing on a separate volume on my 2022 Macbook Air, and so far so good! Are there issues? There sure are but they will be worked out I'm confident of that! But nothing showstopping at this stage which is impressive for a first developer beta. The features I've tried so far are great, for example the Braille Keyboard Input, enabled with vo-y, which appears to be a full port of the iOS/ipadOS version. The whole experience feels very responsive indeed, again impressive for a first developer beta. Still figuring it out at the moment so no feedback sent so far; may wait for beta 2 before I look into that, as I did discover you can't customize the voice for announcing the time, for example; the button simply does nothing when clicked. I see the new screen sharing category in VoiceOver Utility which has huge potential.
Those are my thoughts. Let me know yours.

Does Screenshare on Mac work with Screenshare on iPhone?
Can I control my Mac using gestures on my iPhone?
No and I don't even think…
No and I don't even think sighted people can. The screen sharing app is specifically from mac to mac.
Beta 2 is out
Hi, beta two is out. Unfortunately eloquence community dictionary is still broken, but it's been fixed in iOS 26 beta 2.
