I just went on the seleste site to check something after reading a post to find this message: We have discontinued selling our glasses, sorry for any inconvenience and thank you to everyone that has supported us ❤️
I thought I'd let you guys know so I made this post.
I'm going to contact them to ask that they take the website down since they're not selling the product anymore and it would be cruel to get peoples hopes up only to read that message.
I hope they haven't closed their email and that they aren't making people pay for a survice that probably no longer exists and if it does; it shouldn't.

Cruel
More cruel would be taking the site down with no explanation, better to leave it there so people have confirmation of what happened. There are also going to be questions people have about warranty and software support. Taking the site down now would just make it look like they took the money and ran.
fair enough.
I see your point and will reply to my own email right now.
As for software support.
I honestly don't think it'll get updates so I don't think that will go anyware but like i say; I do see your point.
Just for the blind
This is what happen when a tech is made just for us. Unless it becomes so good and popular it goes away. Is better universal tech that works on accessibility.
Software support
I agree but that doesn't mean there shouldn't be somewhere for the company to answer the question, they still have a responsibility to state the software support situation for people less aware of how this works even if we think it's obvious. There's also the exceptionally unlikely but not impossible option of open sourcing the firmware.
As for the site, taking down their marketing is a fair request leaving it as just an announcement page with contact options. There's usually a middle ground ion these things and now I looked at their site I see what you mean.
Haha.
Well, it's a bit to late now, I've sent both emails, but it's funny to me how we kind of circled eatch other.
