No new podcasts?

Hi. The applevis podcast feed seems to have gone very quiet. There hasn't been a post for a couple weeks so I was curious if there's a backlog of shows that just haven't been posted yet, or if there simply aren't any submitions coming in? Just thought I might ask in hopes someone will see it. Thanks.

Hello Toonhead, Good question! Well, now that summer is now coming to a close. I think we all are in the mode of getting back on to school, college, and last minute vacation and such. So this time of the year we will typically see a slowdown in the number of podcasts for that reason. Have no fear though! It may have seemed like the AppleVis Editorial Team have been absent. In reality we have been very busy. Socially in our lives plus for the upcoming week. As you very well know. The iOS 7 and the Maverick OSX are due out very soon. Most likely to the public by next week. So be preparing for the mountain of information that will be coming out on that release date. We have been combing through the NEW iOS 7 and the Maverick OSX for the past 3 months. So there are many exciting news and features to cover. There will be lots of podcasts and blogs to discuss about that very specific topic. At some point after the excitement and when everyone get their fill on the iOS 7 and the Maverick OSX. I certainly hope our users such like you will have time and submit those podcasts to us. As always we will produce a few ourselves from the Editorial Team.

Probably no new submissions for a while but wait for about a week or 2 and I'm sure there will be a flood of them. *wink*

HI Tunehead. To add to what Thomas has said, you could always record one and submit it to us. I think between the fact that summer has been here and the outdoor activity it creates, people are less likely to record podcasts. Though to be honest, I only record podcasts as time permits and if something grabs my interest that would best come alive in a podcast. Do you have ideas for podcasts that you'd like to see?
