anybody able to successfully register for the cazori air fryer recall?

The cazori air fryer which is freequently mentioned on here was recalled back in Februrary, well certain models including mine were. Has anyone successfully able to register for the recall? The form doesn't appear to be that accessible.
I do remember that I had to find pictures that I had taken before where the model number was. Also, you do have to have your model number, I believe, and the picture of the purchase, original proof of purchase. I don’t remember asking for any assistance when filling it out.
I believe the form link was on the email, or on the website. One more thing. Try using different browsers, if anything, just do it on a laptop. Sorry I can’t be of more help.
