Finder has no windows on Ventura

Hi list,
I have imstalled Ventura on my Mac, but a very strange thing happens, Voiceover says that finder has no windows and I can open menus because Vo-m does not work.
What can I do to solve this problem?
Apart from that, I can not find the option to make Voiceover say the time aloud, any help, please?

This a bug with ventura which should hopefully be fixed soon. Just turn off voiceover and turn it back on.
