App recommendation wanted.

Hello, I am currently using windows to do all of my university work as I can't find an app which will let me read and create tables with VoiceOver. As I am doing business this is quite important for me. Does anyone have any suggestions for apps I could try? I am running the latest build of OSX. Cheers.

Not completely sure, but wouldn't Numbers let you do that? Haven't tried it myself, but it's probably worth a try if you haven't already checked it out... :)

As I say, numbers and VO aren't brilliant. What I am looking for is a word processor with an insert table function or similar. Pages has one but I can't seem to get it to work. Textedit is the same. VO can read tables in htm files but that isn't really what I want to have to do every time I have a table to read. As for creating a table, I've not had any luck with that at all.
