Braille on Apple Products

Hi Friends, I love my Iphone 4S and get a lot out of it. The only problem that I have is typingand hence I was quite excited when Braille typing Apps were released. I am sorry to say that though I have 4 apps: Typeinbraille, Brailletouch (free), Braillist and Braillepad I am unable to use any of them successfully. Could anyone throw some light on these? Is there anyone who can use any of these successfully and would he/she share their experiences? Please? Thank you in anticipation, Ketan

Hello. I tried the apps

Hello. I tried the apps you've mentioned, my prefered app is Brailletouch app. ,here is a way on getting started on using it: first, hold your phone on landscape mode, grip it from both sides with your palms. The back camera should be facing you with the volume and mute rocker switch at the top left. The Home button would be in your right hand almost near your midle finger. You'll have to type using your pointer, midle and your fourth fingers, as if you were typing in a Braille writer. Each column contains 3 rows, dot 1, dot 2 and dot 3 is located below your 3 left fingers, dot 4, 5 and 6 should be below your right fingers. remember: the screen should be facing away from you. Let's take an example: To type the word boy, you'll have to tap the top left corner of the screen in order to enter the letter b dots 1 and 2, dots 1, 3 and dot 5 to enter the letter O, dot 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 to enter the letter ,y. Placing your 3 fingers this way will be covering the left and right parts of the screen. A podcast is also available at AppleVis. Hope this helps.
