Low power mode on M1Macs and VoiceOver performance

Hello all,
I have been noticing something weird about my M1Macbook air.
If My Mac is on battery with low power mode turned on, then the VO performance degrades noticibly. Particularly, the Siri Voices sound a tad different. I was able to reproduce this with using British male and female Siri Voices.
Has anybody noticed this?
Thank you and have a smashing day ahead!

Possibly, it is not using neural voices, those that have been included in macOS 12.

Working Fine Here

I'm not noticing any issues here with the Siri 1 English voice. I just switched to him for VoiceOver, and he's working fine. All available voices seem to have joined the party on my M1 MBA though, including the novelty ones. In addition, Aaron's volume is fluctuating a bit as I type this but other than that no issues for me.
