I'm running macOS Catalina, I tried radium but it no longer works with macOS Catalina. Please can anybody recommend an app for listening to the radio on macOS Catalina? Thanks for your help everyone.

Yes. Your Mac should.
Sense you're running Mac OS 10.15, it should support the service just fine. Please note though that Apple Music is a paid service, not a free one.
