I use an app that is like this called loud typer. It might be made by the same developers. I love loud typer.

I have a question. If I have typing echo set to say letters and words, will I hear both the typing sounds and the letters/words? Will I hear one of the other? Lastly, can I just add mouse click sounds without changing typing sounds?
