Installing Windows via Boot camp

Hi All, I'm considering installing Windows as a dual boot on my MacBook Pro, but I just want to ask members of the community who have done this before whether there are any accessibility issues I should expect while attempting this process? I know I will require some sighted help in the initial installation of Windows on the new partition (or so I've read), but is there any accessibility issues I should be aware of when running Boot Camp Assistant with VoiceOver? Any feedback/advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks. Donnacha

Installing Windows in BootCamp

There is a very helpful article at http://www.macworld.com/article/1165272/bootcamp.html I found the whole process very easy with a bit of sighted help. Make sure you partition your drive correctly, taking into account the space you will need on the Windows side. I did it to use MS Office in WIndows and have created another small partition that I can use to save files from the OS mail side and open in Word. Hope this helps. Ray

Hi. Yeah I did it with the help of that same MacWorld article. It's pretty simple if you follow their steps. The Boot Camp Assistant part is fully accessible, but I needed sighted assistance for the Windows installation itself. Make sure to give the partition enough hard drive space, as you will not be able to adjust it later. Best of luck.
