Putting on the Watch One-Handed

By That Blind Canuck

Hi Afik, don't know if this might help as I don't have CP myself but, using the Sport or Nike Sport band, I usually raise my left arm and sit the watch on my left wrist, while balancing, and using my right hand, guide the two sides of the band together, snap it in place and tuck the end into the other.

The Sport type bands have a metal pin at the end of one half of the band, with a hole next to it. When you snap the other half onto the pin, you can take the loose end and tuck it into the hole next to the pin.

With a bit of practice, I usually am able to do this all with my right hand while balancing the watch on my left wrist.

Hope this helps in any way!

Hi. I would suggest one of the loop type bands, since you can just slide the watch on your arm, then use your free hand to pull the other end of the band to the right length, then, depending on the loop, either use the magnet or velcro to fasten it.

Yeah, a sport loop might…

Yeah, a sport loop might work. I have a sport loop and I love it! I'm thinking the new solo loops that got announced yesterday may work better for you though since I think they're presized to fit your wrist. You'd obviously need help with the tool that helps you pick the band size, but once you have the size you need you would probably be good to go.

I could be wrong though.
