New Monopoly game
Appears to be a new Monopoly game on the App Store by Hasbro. Has anybody tried it?

I guess this may not be accessible but why don't you try. If you are not satisfied with the app or its performance you may claim for refund within 14 days from purchase. To do this go to reportaproblem.apple.com then log in with your AppleId and select a relevant option next to the app. So even if you pay you get your money back and the process is very smooth so don't be afraid of testing.
Before you tell others to go trying things, consider this: not everyone has the ability to buy things from the App Store. The individual who posted here was likely seeking assistance due to the fact that he could NOT pay for the app, and wondered whether people who were able to buy the app knew about its accessibility.
I have done refunds before for bigger purchases on macOS but i rather ask the community first before i go wasting money.
Is there a way to send message directly to them ask the question. You know. "I am blind and would like to play the game and want to know if the app is accessible for the blind".
I thought I would try this out so purchased it and unfortunately it seems totally inaccessible. The app loads in landscape mode with nothing available on the screen by exploring or swiping. I did get one clicking noise from the speaker but nothing else. No music total silence. It’s a real shame because I would love to play Monopoly
It seems very true to the version of Monopoly. Still don't understand why this company couldn't have been bothered to at least try to make it accessible.
Could have said it better. Amen!
I meant, couldn't have said it better. My bad.
Hey, I just wanted to say thanks very much for the suggestions of how to play Monopoly, I didn’t know about Quentins playroom, I don’t know why but I’m left particularly disappointed today, I thought for once that a mainstream game would be accessible but find that because they can’t be bothered I can’t play. Don’t get me wrong its great that the special versions are available and I really appreciate the time and effort people have gone to to make these games but I genuinely thought in 2020 we may be at a point that I don’t have to play a special cut price version but could buy the full bells and whistles version that everyone else gets to play, you know the proper one, not the plastic copy. The only reason I can’t is because an ignorant company can’t be arsed to design in an accessible way. Thats it. No other reason, In fact its a bit worse than that. They obviously know about VO. We have all written to them asking or accessibility and they have made a decision, screw you, no we are not going to let you in our party. Its disgusting. 10 years ago its just how things were. Now its an active decision to exclude accessibility. I’m not suggesting all games should be accessible but for Christ sake this is a board game. Apologies for the rant I don’t normally get upset about these things but this one has really got me for some reason.
I'm not really one for board games, however the thing that really ticks me off is when I stumble upon a text based game that somehow is inaccessible. There are many inaccessible games out there, But inaccessible text based games angers me the most. The same goes for audio games. Take vanish for example. While the gameplay is accessible, the bloody menus are not. Ah well. Time to hop off the thread, as I can feel a headache coming on.
If anyone is interested, I have tried a few different accessible versions of monopoly and have found that I much prefer the Quentin C version, despite the fact that I don't have it on my iPhone. Regarding the other games the thing that annoyed me the most was the excessively long sound files. Excluding Blindfold's version, for the life of me, I can't remember the other versions that I have tried, but Quentin C wins for me.
