Question

I didn't want to post a whole new topic for this, and couldn't think of a better place to post it...

Macs do not have Home / End keys, is this correct? While I ge there are other keystrokes for this functionality in Mac OSX...what about while running Windows? How do you use the home or end keys for text navigation or screen reader commands when running Windows on a Mac?

Also, do Macs have Page Up / Page Down? And, if not, same question as above.
