We are very excited to share that today, we announced the nominees for our 2025 AppleVis Golden Apple Awards; highlighting this year's best of the best in accessible apps.
Launched in 2012 and now in its fourteenth year, the AppleVis Golden Apple Awards is an opportunity for blind, DeafBlind, and low vision users of Apple products to recognize and celebrate the hard work and dedication which developers have put into making and maintaining great and accessible applications over the last twelve months.
Nominations for the 2025 Golden Apple Awards were submitted by a committee of end-users and industry professionals from the community, as well as by members of the AppleVis Editorial Team. Winners of the awards will be determined by a public vote, which runs now through 14:00 UTC on December 22, 2025.
The 2025 AppleVis Golden Apples include awards for Best App, Best Game, Developer of the Year, and the David Goodwin Award . Below are the nominees for each award:
