is there a way to have the IBM TTS to read numbers in the UK way?

If this needs to be removed I understand but from my understanding IBM tts isn't illegal.

I'd like to know if there is a way to make it say for example: one thousand two hundred and 20, instead of twelve hundred and this would apply to all numbers.

If not that's ok, i'll just use another synth when needed but it would be nice if i can do it.

This might require something like a community library, or something similar, to get what you want. That, or a whole lot of editing numbers with the speech dictionary functionality.
Good luck with that last option, though. 😫

Forgot to ask above, but are the numbers read the same, regardless of using US English, or British English voices?
*sigh* Bingo is going to yell at me for saying, "British English". 😤
