Hi,
I have been trying to add The Karen premium Australian voice to the rotor on my Apple Watch. However, when I try to use the voice, it does not show up in the rotor.
I am using an Apple Watch SE 2.
Any help would be appreciated.

Same problem on an Apple Watch series 9, WatchOS 11.5.

I find this very odd and also interesting that the last commenter is having the same issue.
I spoke to a lady from Apple's accessibility team and even she couldn't figure out what the problem was. However, she did confirm that in the US where she is based, people have been having the same problem with other voices.
This makes me think that there must be a bug causing this problem. Let’s hope it gets fixed soon.
The odd thing is that Karen enhanced works on my watch without any issues but the premium version of Karen will not work at all. It won’t even show up in the rotor when I try to change voices. This is extremely odd.

In my experience, adding non-Eloquence voices to the Rotor as anything other than the Primary Voice does not work--and adding an Eloquence voice only works for one voice. If you haven't already done so, try changing the Primary Voice to the voice you want to use. It isn't a "fix" for the issue, but in my experience it does work.

As Micheal Hansen suggested, I changed my primary voice to the Karen premium voice in the rotor and it worked.
