Voice disappearing from the Apple watch roter after updating to new iphone

Hi,

I've just updated to a new iPhone17 pro running IOS26.1. I have pared my 9 series Apple watch running watch OS11.62. However the ability to change the voice via the rota seems to have disappeared.

Is this the new normal?
