Text Messages Notifications Double Reading in VoiceOver Swipe Order with WatchOS 26

Hi,
I upgraded Apple Watch Ultra (1) to WatchOS 26. I am noticing when I get a message notification, VoiceOver is reading the message twice when I swipe. Like it thinks it is printed twice. Is anyone else seeing this? Is this specific to one type of watch? It's not the end of the world now that i know what seems to be happening, it was just confusing for a minute...
