watchOS and Apple Watch Apps

Hi, does anyone have any tips on getting time buzz to work without having it make a sound? I usually would have to use vo to activate it, eliminating the usefullness of timebuzz. I want to use it to check the time discretely.

Hello,
First make sure sounds are muted on the watch and it only vibrates. Secondly, make sure to have it so that the watch wakes to the last app that was opened. This way you can open up time buz, put the watch to sleep and when you wake it time buz will be the app on the screen. Thirdly, turn voiceover off with the tripple click of the digital crown. Now when you wake the watch all you need do is tap in the center of the screen and your watch will discretely buz you the time.

Another way to do this is to turn down your voiceover volume to about 30%. Most sighted people around you won't even notice if you are in a crowded lecture hall. Then, put time buzz in a corner of your watch face. Tap on it and it will buzz you the time.

Muting sounds will not disable Voice Over

You can mute sounds on the Apple Watch but still use Voice Over. Muting will not disable Voice Over but it will disable the sounds that go along with the buzzes in TimeBuzz.
