watchOS and Apple Watch Apps

Hi all. I have a question. So I go into contacts on the phone app in Apple Watch, and then I press a contact to call. Then, I press the call button, but then, there are three unlabled buttons. What do these buttons do?

Unlabelled Buttons

Hi,

I believe this is a bug introduced back in Watch OS 2.0. In the original version, each button was labelled with the name of each telephone number set up for that contact. So, for example, if a contact had 3 phone numbers called Home, Work and Mobile, then the buttons would be labelled accordingly. However, since OS 2.0, these buttons have lost their lables. There is an additional button, but I can't recall what that one should do.

This is how it seems to be on my Watch with OS 2.2.2.
