watchOS and Apple Watch Apps

Yet another question. I wanted to try to change my goals, they are a bit loftier then first desired. Anyone know how to change them? If i go into the activity app on the watch, it's about sharing, how many calories I've burned etc. If I use the watch app on my phone, It's all notifications and things. what am I doing wrong? again? lol thanks.

Did you check it in your phone? It might be in there to change.

I managed it somehow, I don't always get the layout of the screen right, I was trying from the phone, wish it was easier there, bigger screen. Have a good one. Now if only alex wouldn't be so f... fast. ;)

Hi. Use voice over key, so caps lock or control option, command, then shift right arrow. Do this one at a time. You'll hear Rate, pitch, volume, when you want the rate, let go of the keys. Then use voice over, shift, command, up arrow or down arrow. do it will go form 50% to 45% so it's much easier to understand. Hope that helps, watching a movie so not paying attention lol.

Hello,
According to my watch, just received by the way, you should probably wait and change your goals when the coach "visits." of course, this is assuming you have active coaching turned on. I managed to change my moving goal on the phone, but I've not yet dealt with this on the watch itself. Keep in mind I'm a newby at this watch stuff with Apple. However, I really love it so far ... despite the possible bugs I'm finding/much older watch than you all have/much older OS too.
