every since TV OS version 16 or 16.1, Netflix voiceover will no longer verbalize the text description of the thumbnail when choosing program to watch on Apple TV and Netflix.
I cannot find a good way to contact Netflix to talk to someone who actually knows anything about voiceover. Any suggestions or recommendations?

I don't understand. What does VoiceOver on Apple TV not do?
It reads normally on Netflix.
There is a bug in TVOS.
Previously on My 4k 2Gen, after holding down the play button, VO read additional information.
Now it only reads for a while after restarting the screen reader.
This happens in every application. (Netflix Disney, HBO...)
