Hello. How do I find where it has the subtitles and audio language setting on my Apple TV on Disney Plus? Brought it up by accident but would like to know how to actually do it.

hi, when a video is playing, swipe down and then you will find the tabs, choose one by pressing down on the touch pad of the remote until it clicks, swipe down for options.
