Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, and VoiceOver not shutting up

I have used Prime Video on my iPad and iPhone before without problems. Tonight I went to watch a movie on the Apple TV. When the movie was playing it kept repeating, “Actions available,” over and over again. I didn’t waist much time messing with it; I just switched to a different device. Does anyone have a solution for this? Thanks in advance.

I have also experienced this issue. It's especially weird/annoying in light of the fact that the prime video app is still self-voicing and doesn't even use voiceover most of the time. The only solution I've found is to turn off VO if I want to watch something on amazon prime video. I have the triple click thing set up, so it's not a huge deal, but I still hope that it gets fixed soon.

I have been having that issue for about four months now and Amazon Prime again like the above comment I triple click and turn off VoiceOver on his solution so far. But now on my old generation Apple TV it upgraded to the latest software. It does not read Amazon Prime or YouTube. Is 100% useless as an app. I’m wondering has anybody else had the same issue where it does not work anymore with new update iOS 14

I wonder, I’m going to have to play with it and find out, if I airplay to it will it still do it?
