Several of the Bossch ovens work with an iOS app called Home Connect. These ovens also work with Amazon Alexa. The app seems very accessible and the thing I like is that you can put the app in demo mode to try it out before you register or purchase a product as they are quite expensive . They also have washing machines , dishwashers , clothes dryers, fridges and a coffee machine which works with the app . I'm actually purchasing one next week. These products are high-end and have a lots of great features which could make things easier for someone visually impaired. The hardware does have touch displays but with Amazon Alexa and the app you wouldn't need to touch the display at all.
